Precarious Happenstance
Life is a continuous balancing act. We are challenged to maintain our hold on sanity through disruption.
"Balancing hopes, desires and an appreciating of the possibilities with a clear-eyed assessment of the limitations: that is the art of choosing." Sheena Iyengar

Precarious Happenstance consists of two 12” X 24” X 12” framed digital prints. In one, two feet with high gloss, red nail polish, stand along side a pair of straw slipper; anchoring the work literally and figuratively to the floor and referencing the “sane” world. The other pair steps close to the edge on a high balcony and place us above our solid ground. This second framed piece, is attached to another wall, either opposite of the floor anchor or at an angle to it.
